Cloe Dilworth is an Executive Administrator at Shepard Financial, where she supports the executive and advisory teams by managing schedules, coordinating client communications, and helping execute marketing initiatives and events to ensure a smooth, seamless client experience.
She began her career in financial services through Bank of America’s Advisor Development Program, where she passed the SIE and prepared for the Series 7. Prior to that, she worked at Bangor Savings Bank as a Customer Service Specialist, assisting clients with account needs, supporting lending processes, and stepping in as acting manager while contributing to audits and team performance..
Cloe earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College, where she was a Presidential Merit Scholar and Dean’s List student. She also studied in Prague, an experience that broadened her perspective both personally and professionally.
A former company dancer with the Maine State Ballet, Cloe developed a strong sense of discipline and work ethic that continues to shape her professional approach. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and traveling as often as she can.
She is known for being detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, and takes pride in supporting both clients and colleagues with care and efficiency.
